Refund policy
We hope that you will be delighted with your order from Evoco, but if there is an occasion where you need to return an item, our return and refund policies are stated below.
Non-Personalised, undamaged items:
You may return unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Please contact us to arrange return and refund, please note we do not refund delivery charges, where free postage offers have been utilised the cost of delivery will be deducted. We recommend that you send the item by a signed for service, in good packaging. The cost of the return shall be borne by you.
Items are to be returned to: Evoco, Laneside, Holly Grove, Dobcross, Saddleworth, OL3 5JQ.
We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
Damaged or Faulty goods:
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, or that has been damaged in transit, please let us know within 48 hours of receipt, providing supporting photos for all damages. Once we have reviewed your request, we will offer you either a direct replacement, or a refund.
If you choose a refund and we have requested that you return the damaged item to us, please do so and once the item is received by us, the refund process will be actioned.
Delivery Disputes
In the unfortunate event that an item goes missing or is claimed as undelivered, we reserve the right to undertake a thorough investigation with the delivery company involved before any remedial action is taken. For delayed parcels please note we allow up to 10 working days for delivery to be made.
